REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for buying our course.

We want to make sure that students have a rewarding experience while they are learning and practicing the questions. We strongly encourage them to engage with us for any queries, doubts or explanation of any of the learning content in the course.

As with any online purchase experience, the below are the terms and conditions that govern the Refund Policy:
If the cancellation is done by the student within 7 calendar days of purchase, 5% will be deducted as administration fee.

If the cancellation is done by the student after 7 calendar days of purchase, no refund will be made.

We do have a back-up strategy in that course backups shall be taken every week. If, for any reason whatsoever, the site ceases to function, the last back-up shall be restored within 5 calendar days from the date we are aware / been notified. If this fails, a fresh course shall be set up, and students informed how to re-register, for free.

Note: All refunds will be processed online – any other deductions made shall be that of the payment gateway, and not by us.
